Great animation in this off beat romp from Ellen Coons. “Money Bunny Blues”, her Detroit College for Creative Studies thesis project, was recently featured in Cartoon Brew‘s Student Fest. She wrote the song for the film and shot it with Dragonframe stop motion animation software on a Canon Rebel XS. The bunny has a steel ball and socket armature and ‘Dolly’ is made from wire. Another example of how, with a generous dose of ingenuity and drive, one can make a grand little film for…..pennies.
