The former home and studio of Piero Fornasetti is a truly magical place. Maintained and enhanced by his Son, Barnaba, the interior is as strange, and surreal as the inside of the Artist’s own mind. Full of unusual and beautiful rooms, the house itself has become its own work of art, and Barnaba will occasionally grant tours.

Having visited the house in Milan, Director Virgilio Villoresi gives us our own tour in the film “Fornasetti Mansion”. This Short Film brings the house to life, as we float through its interior. The camera soars with the twists and turns of a theme park ride. Lovely ladies faces and butterflies jump off the wallpaper and feather pens write by themselves. Its disorienting and magical. A short sweet treat for the imagination that feels more like a tour of a dream than a tour of a house.
