You may recall our teaser of Pombo Loves You from a year ago, so without further ado we present you the short film in its entirety. The tale takes us into a strange future-past dimension, where Pombo is the hero and simultaneously the villain. In truth it may be the dreamer’s subconscious that is creating these lucid alternate reality scenarios. What would otherwise be a enjoyable sci-fi game show, now becomes a psychosis which holds us in its electric tron-like grasps. Steve Warne engages us with a balance of neon retro eye candy and human connection in this piece that is every bit visually captivating as it is heartfelt.
