‘Address is Approximate’ is a short film made as a personal project by director Tom Jenkins of The Theory Production Co. In a workplace after dark, a desk toy dreams of broader horizons. With a little help from his friends, and technology (Google Maps Street View), he finds his adventure.

A nice blend of realism and fantasy, the short employs understated, yet cleverly effective, motion work. All screen imagery was animated – there are no screen replacements. Shot using a Canon 5D MkII, Dragonframe and a customized slider.

Music by the Cinematic Orchestra and the track is ‘Arrival of the Birds‘.
